Gemco's 1/2 Cubic Foot Vacuum Dryer is the first of it's kind to be engineered as a completely integrated unit. Unlike others, all the necessary components of the system are contained in a compact, portable stainless steel cabinet. The compact design affords easy transportation to and from the work area for cleaning, multiple room use, and storage.

Performance
Faster drying times at a reduced cost are achieved using Gemco's 1/2 CF Dryer. The unit has been designed with an 18 kW heating system that delivers up to 450 degrees F. to the vessel and a vacuum system that creates 29.5 IN Hg. A vacuum tight slide valve with O-ring decreases leak rate to 0.3 IN Hg per hour.
