Drum Containment
System for Vessels
(DCSV) is designed to be used in conjunction with
Gemco's GEMCOMATIC BLENDERS & DRYERS. Worker and room product
exposure are eliminated. Plus, the DCSV system utilizes standard
drum liners, reducing operational costs. DCSV can be retrofitted
to existing GEMCOMATIC BLENDERS & DRYERS.
DCSV is safe, inexpensive and readily available.
Versatility:
DCSV is suitable for virtually any sized drum with liners of any
material. It's a cost-effective solution with substantially less
investment than a reactor isolator or a clean room, and it requires
only one operator. Hazardous materials can be transferred in the
production area without endangering nearby personnel or disrupting
other production processes.
The system can be supplied on any GEMCO blender, dryer or granulator
as a special order and can also be supplied as an inexpensive retrofit.
The containment retrofit package can also be taken off for use on
other GEMCO equipment in your plant. Plus, our space-saving design
eliminates the need for solids handling equipment, special bins
with split valves or expensive docking stations. Cost savings for
this kind of flexibility can be very substantial.
