Customers may arrange for a Gemco Service Technician or other services, by contacting the Gemco Parts & Service Department:

Please have the following ready when calling:
1. Type of equipment to be serviced with
manufacture’s number or Gemco S/N.
2. Location
3. Person to contact at job site.
4. Job site phone number.

Labor Charges For Service Calls
(Per Service Technician)
Monday - Friday
8 hours or less Over 8 hours
$115.00 per hour $172.50 per hour
Saturdays
$172.50 per hour $172.50 per hour
Sundays & Holidays
$230.00 per hour $230.00 per hour

Note, Min. Labor charge for service calls:
Over 50 Miles; 8 HOURS per day
Under 50 Miles; 4 HOURS

Travel and Living Expenses
1. The buyer is responsible for any and all travel
and living expenses.
2. Travel and living expenses shall include, but
not limited to, such items as transportation,
car rental, Company truck mileage (Current IRS mileage allowance), hotel, tolls, parking, etc.
3. All expenses are actual “out-of-pocket’ and
F.O.B. point of departure.
4. INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL, there will be a
$250.00 administration charge plus any fees for
such items as, but not limited to, Visa’s,
Documentation per country, etc.
